Ghana.gov Payment Procedures
How to effect Payment of Customs Duties and Taxes (ICUMS Tax Bills) on Ghana.gov (GGov) platform
The under listed Commercial Banks collect Customs Duties and Taxes while more of the outstanding Commercial Banks will be added as and when they are able to successfully connect to ICUMS through Ghana.gov:

- Zenith Bank (GH) Ltd
- Absa Bank (Barclays Bank)
- FBN Bank Ghana
- BANK OF AFRICA
- OMNIBSIC BANK GHANA LIMITED-OMNI BANK
- CONSOLIDATED BANK GHANA LTD
- Republic Bank (GH) Ltd
- Standard Chartered Bank
- Guaranty Trust Bank (GH) Ltd.
- Universal Merchant Bank (GH) Ltd
Furthermore, the Ghana.gov (GGov) URL (https://www.ghana.gov.gh) platform can be used for payments as well. The GGov platform enables users initiate payment and generates an Invoice in the place of the Tax Bill. However prior registration of user is required for this option.
kindly note that if the mobile account is not a merchant account, there is a ceiling on how much you can pay with Mobile Money.
Lastly, some Commercial Banks have also provided internet banking/mobile app options for payments.
Kindly check with your Commercial Bank to know the options available outside of the walk-in option.
